About Us

First Baptist is a Bible believing, independent, discipling church. We strongly encourage everyone to study the scriptures and become a follower of Jesus Christ.  If you are looking for a place to learn how to love God and love others, this is a place for you. 




 Children’s Church is available for kindergarten thru fifth grade.  Younger children have the nursery, older children should remain with adults during the worship service.


 Patch the Pirate Club – Wednesday evening 6 – 7:00 p.m. – Will resume in the fall.


 Prayer Meetings. Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. in the sanctuary. We feel it is important now to pray for our nation, church family and reaching out to others in our community.  The devotional will be live on Facebook at 6:45 p.m. 


 Sunday School Classes are:     3, 4, 5 year old, in the nursery –  Grades 1 thru 5 –     Junior High/High School –    Adult Classes


Jim Lange’s Sunday School class “Walk Through the Word” will take a summer recess and the plan is to start up again on September 12.


 Women’s Ladies Bible Study – Monday mornings at 10:30 a.m. at FBC. 

Fellowship of Friends will meet at 11:30 a.m. on August 12 for Birthday Party & Lunch.


 Men’s Breakfast, August 14th, in the Family Life Center, beginning at 8:00 a.m.
