Beginning June 14 we will have two services: 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
The early service will require everyone to wear masks to give added protection for those whose have health risks. The second service masks are recommended. Social distancing will be practiced at both services. You can come and hear the service in your car at 102.3 or you can also worship with us live on our Facebook page for both services. The service is recorded and placed later online on our Youtube channel.
First Baptist is a Bible believing, independent, discipling church. We strongly encourage everyone to study the scriptures and become a follower of Jesus Christ. If you are looking for a place to learn how to love God and love others, this is a place for you.
Sunday July 26th we will be having two Sunday morning services (8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.). They will be held in the main sanctuary.
The first service will be for those who need to take extra precautions from the Corona virus and therefore it will be required that everyone will be wearing a mask.
The second service, we strongly recommend that everyone use masks but not mandatory. In both services we will be practicing social distancing while entering, seating and dismissing. For each service hand sanitizer is available and all pews, door knobs and bathrooms will be wiped down with disinfectant.
We want everyone to feel completely safe when they come to church and appreciate everyone’s understanding while we go through this unusual time.
Sunday School, nursery and children’s church are still on hold at this time as we think through the best way to accomplish those ministries.
May we all reflect Romans 12:10 –11 “Be kind to one to another with brotherly love, in honor preferring one another…serving the Lord”.
